Dixie Belle isn’t just paint… it’s stain also

Not every piece of furniture needs to be painted to be beautiful again, you can use stain just by itself OR a combination of paint and stain for a distinctive look. Dixie Belle has two different types of stain available to help you find your vision for a piece of furniture.

First up is No Pain Gel Stain which is an oil based stain and it comes in the following colors: walnut, espresso, weathered gray, colonial black, picklin’ white, American honey and golden ash. This is a heavier stain but one that still lets the wood grain show through.

The second stain type is Voodoo gel stain which is water based and comes in the following colors: bayou moss, black magic, temptress, Tobacco Road, up in smoke, white magic, denim, and au naturel. Voodoo stain is a lighter and thinner stain that gives more of a light thin coat of color.

After you decide on the type and color of stain for your project, for extra protection use either clear coat or Gator Hide to seal in and protect all that beauty. Your piece will be ready for light use in 7 days but let your piece cure up to 30 days for heavier use.
